Dan Hauserman is a second generation native of North Lake Tahoe, was raised in the Tahoe City area and lives near Tahoe City still. Dan is a graduate of Truckee High School and Cal State University – Chico. Dan joined his father and mother in 1977 at Hauserman Real Estate (established in 1966). In 1982 Hauserman Real Estate affiliated with Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Hauserman Real Estate was born. In 1986 Dan and his brother and a business partner took over the office and ran it until 2001 when they sold the sales division to Coldwell Banker Northern California. Dan has established himself as a leader in residential real estate. In 2001, 2005 and 2006 he was ranked TOP 1% among NRT (Coldwell Banker’s parent company) agents worldwide (over 45,000 agents) and received the “International President’s Elite” award–an esteemed designation earned by only an elite few Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.
